Hi, I’m Martin 👋
The voice behind ADHD Friendly Life

Who am I?
I’m Martin, a 27-year-old guy living with ADHD – and learning every day how to work *with* it, not against it. I started this blog to share what actually helps in real life, not just on paper.
I live in Germany, work in logistics, and spend my free time building systems that make life with ADHD a bit less chaotic – and a lot more friendly.
Why did I start this blog?
For years, I felt like every “productivity tip” I read just made me feel worse. Either it didn’t work, or it wasn’t made for how my brain works.
So I started ADHD Friendly Life as a space to test real strategies – tools, tech, routines, and ways of thinking – that actually help adults like me.
What does “ADHD Friendly” mean?
To me, it means systems that are forgiving, flexible, and kind. It means permission to be human – and to create a life where our brains can actually thrive.
This blog is my way of documenting what works, what doesn’t, and what might help you too.
